Labour & Human Rights Policy
1. Policy Statement
Pony Sameday LTD strictly prohibits any form of exploitation, forced labour, or discrimination. We operate entirely in accordance with the UK Employment Rights Act, international human rights principles, and local labour laws. Our policies are reviewed annually and are formally documented under reference PS-HR-LAB-2026-V1.
2. Core Principles & Labour Standards
A. Prohibition of Modern Slavery & Forced Labour
- Voluntary Employment: All employment is entirely voluntary. We have a zero-tolerance policy for forced, bonded, indentured, or compulsory labour.
- Identity Documents: The company will never withhold original identification documents, passports, or work permits from any worker.
- Network Vetting: We actively screen our courier supply chain to ensure subcontractors are not engaging in exploitative practices or human trafficking, in strict compliance with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
