You will market and manage your Pony Sameday business in your selected area, operating freely while upholding the brand's reputation.
Our long-term plan includes expanding into the express overnight parcel sector. Once the same-day network is robust, we will build an overnight network involving all members, generating more revenue for your business via an in-house hub-and-spoke operation. As the network grows, so will the brand and your business.
Your turnover depends on your advertising and promotion efforts. Major cities typically generate more revenue. A realistic year-two turnover target is £100,000 - £150,000, aiming for 20-30% year-on-year growth. Your success depends on the work you put in.
We advertise nationally for quality drivers, forwarding enquiries to you. However, we recommend recruiting local drivers through free platforms like Gumtree, Vivastreet, or Job Centres.

This is a real business venture. Your success depends on how hard you work to grow YOUR BUSINESS.
A monthly license fee applies, starting at £200 + VAT, payable for the 10-year license duration. Fees increase slightly every two years. You may terminate with 2 months' notice. Pony Sameday reserves the right to revoke the license for serious misconduct.

Timely payment secures your area until renewal. You can sell your license with written notice. Failure to pay for 2 consecutive months results in license revocation.
