Is there a minimum weight or size for same day courier bookings?

No minimum. We carry everything from a single document (under 1 kg) to full van loads of up to four pallets. Our quote tool will recommend the most suitable vehicle based on your dimensions.

Can I book a same day courier without an account?

Yes. You do not need a pre-existing account. One-off bookings are accepted via the online form with payment by card or PayPal. If you send regularly, you can set up an account for invoiced billing and discounts.

How do I track my same day delivery?

After booking you receive a PSD reference number. Enter this on our tracking page at /track to see real-time status updates including when the courier departs, collects, and delivers.

What happens if my delivery address is wrong?

Please double-check all address details before confirming. If an error is found after dispatch, contact our 24/7 team immediately on 0800 288 4052. We will do our best to rectify it, but additional charges may apply.
