Environmental Policy
Our Mission & Commitment
Pony Sameday LTD recognises that as a same-day courier and logistics provider, our operations interact directly with the environment — primarily through transport emissions and resource consumption. We are fully committed to reducing our environmental footprint, preventing pollution, and continually improving our sustainability performance. Compliance with all relevant UK environmental legislation, regulations, and industry codes of practice is our minimum standard. Our ultimate goal is to seamlessly marry high-velocity logistics with responsible, forward-thinking environmental stewardship.
Key Environmental Objectives
To ensure this policy is actionable, we focus our sustainability efforts on four critical operational areas. These objectives are reviewed annually and updated in line with our Document Reference PS-ENV-2026-V1.
Fleet Efficiency & Carbon Reduction
- Route Optimisation: We use advanced routing and scheduling technology to maximise vehicle load factors, minimise empty running miles, and drastically lower fuel consumption per delivery.
- Modern Fleet Standards: All vehicles deployed directly or via our partner networks are regularly maintained to optimise fuel efficiency and comply with strict emission zones such as London’s ULEZ and other Clean Air Zones across the UK.
