If you have created an account with us, including through social login providers like Facebook, Google, X (Twitter), or Apple, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
You can request the deletion of your account and personal data in the following ways:
1. Through Your Account Settings
- Log in to your Pony Same Day account.
- Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings page.
- Look for the "Delete Account" option at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion of your account and data.
2. By Contacting Support
If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion directly, you can contact our support team:
- Send an email to support@ponysameday.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Provide your full name and the email address used to register your account (or the email associated with your social login).
What Data Requesting Deletion Will Remove
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, email address, phone number, etc.).
- Your login credentials, including connections to social authentication providers (Facebook, Google, Apple, X).
- Your saved payment methods and billing information.
- Your delivery history and saved addresses.
Please note: We may retain certain data for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Removing App Access from Facebook/Social Providers
If you logged in using Facebook or another social provider and wish to remove Pony Same Day's access to your social account entirely, you must do so from your social account settings:
- Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Find "Pony Same Day" and click "Remove".
- Google: Go to your Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access. Find "Pony Same Day" and click "Remove Access".
- Apple: Go to Settings on your Apple device > [Your Name] > Password & Security > Apps Using Apple ID. Select "Pony Same Day" and tap "Stop Using Apple ID".
